The ZenPack form provides a mechanism to define data quality and completeness audits, which are the official mechanism to review the quality and completness of ZenPack data.

The Author and Date fields should be filled out to reference the person performing the audit, and the date it was performed.

The Commercial Compatibility Level, Release Version and PatchLevel fields should be used to record the commercial version of Zenoss that the audit was performed against, if any. The Compatibility Level specifies a general level of compatibility, such as a 4.2.x release, while the Release Version should specify a specific version, such as 4.2.4. The PatchLevel should reference a specific patch set (RPS) that was applied to the release, if any.

Similarly, the Open Source Compatibility Level, Release Version and PatchLevel fields should be used to record the Open Source version of Zenoss that the audit was performed against, if any.

The Audited Items fields (Complete, Incomplete and Missing) allows the auditor to tag items of the audit that appear to be complete, incomplete, or that are completely missing.
